We offer size exchanges! Follow the steps below:

DEFECTIVE ITEM?

Email us at jaleirafashions@gmail.com or send us a message on WhatsApp at +92 336 9530161 with pictures of the defect. We'll either refund your money or exchange the product your choice! Customer satisfaction is our top priority.

EXCHANGE OPTIONS:

Online Purchases:
Can be exchanged online with proof of purchase.

Proof of Purchase:
Includes either a receipt or the online order confirmation email.

SIZE EXCHANGE CONDITIONS:

- Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Size exchanges are not available for sale items.
- Only one exchange per item. You can exchange for a product of the same value; no cash refunds or vouchers.
- If a discount was applied during the purchase, the exchange will be at the same discounted price.
- The product must be unused, with the tag intact and all additional items (belts, etc.) included.
- The item must be odorless.
- If the item does not meet these conditions, we cannot process the exchange.
- Non-compliant items will be shipped back to you.

SIZE EXCHANGE IN OTHER CITIES OF PAKISTAN

Email us at jaleirafashions@gmail.com or send us a message on WhatsApp at +92 336 9530161 with your order number and the reason for the exchange. We will reply with our return address. Once you receive the address, send the item back in its original packaging with the tag intact. Please include your ORDER NUMBER, NAME, and CONTACT NUMBER on the return package.

SIZE EXCHANGE FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Contact our customer support team within 5 days of receiving the item if you need a different size. Note that the customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item and receiving the new one.
